Since contacting you in December, and with only three weeks to go, we now 
have the MILCON '99 conference programme details available. The conference
you will recall is taking place from 16 to 18 March during the IDEX
exhibition in Abu Dhabi. As we have split MILCON into five separate 
conferences, you only pay for the sessions you choose to attend. And to
