There is no reason people cannot work together in groups and coordinate. This isn't the same as everybody doing what they want. Just as an example, we have been without a manager in my department for 3 months, and we have been more efficient than at any time in the history of the department. We coordinate our activities. Hell, even the capitalists understand the strength of this model and have tried to harness it by the total quality management team approach. Of course, the problem with the team in the present system is that we are all competitors as well. This undermines mutual trust. After The Revolution, though, this dynamic will be altered.
