According to the Sunday Mirror, the ol' bastard's being flying in 
impoverished Chileans  and putting them up in nice three and 
four star hotels with spending money, so they can put in a bit of 
light demonstrating on his behalf.

Some felt they weren't getting enough money and swapped sides, but 
couldn't get asylum, and they got flown back.

However if anyone fancies a holiday in London, I'd suggest 
getting  in touch with the Pinochet Foundation and spend some of his 
money on room service.
