Yeah.  What you so wisely said.  The only thing to do about pissants is
ignore 'em or stomp 'em.  Mentioning their names in public or saying
anything about their miserable, pathetic attempts to gain attention, only
encourages them.

Note that this is entirely free of reference to a specific name, message or
threat.  Can't be any doubt though, in either your mind or the pissant's
(well, of course *that's* an oxymoron) who we are chatting about.
