wouldn't NATO also need special forces type folk to "laze" down their smart
bombs?  if so, this would imply that there are already troops on the
ground, at least in a non combat role.
and, speaking of which, what ever happened to those three troopers that
were captured by the serbians?  i haven't heard a word about them in days.
