It was originally "The Manchester Guardian", 
but it dropped the "Manchester" bit many years 
ago, and is in fact produced in London nowadays.

You mean, like Tony Blair, his pals, and most
of the media in this country ? 

But Milosevic has one advantage that Tony
and co. don't have, in whipping up "nationalist
frenzy". People may not be able to be sure 
whether what they see on television or read
in the papers is true, but they can see real
bombs falling down from NATO aircraft.
