NATO bombing has driven many serbs -- intellectuals, doctors, journalists,  
teachers and students, all, who was able to go -- out. But there isn't a  
great media focus on this.

There are many indications for the fact that the Ramboulliet negotiation  
was a farce: the Ramboulliet peace contract contend that Serbia should  
acept NATO peace troops *not only in Kosovo, but either in Novi Sad and*  
*Belgrade* and should acept after 3 years a referendum in Kosovo *about*  
*the souveranity of the Kosovo as independent state*. Everyone, who know  
the political attitude of Belgrad in the past, recogniced that a No of the  
serbian delegation and a war of the NATO against Serbia have been inevi-  
table. Everyone have to recognice that the NATO haven't been on the point  
of 'ultima ratio' with their diplomacy.

The media have had the order to speak only *about NATO peace troops in*  
*Kosovo* or about NATO peace troops to veil the real formulation of the  
Ramboulliet peace contract, who is an indication for the exertion of all  
NATO nations to make a war inevitable. The NATO have known the plan for a  
ethnic cleansing of the Kosovo month before the war, but wasn't able to  
calculate with hundretthousends of refugees and to establish in advance  
structures for the humanitarian needs of this refugees. The NATO have vei- 
led the fact that in Kosovo have been only 2000 deaths by fights and mur- 
dering during the whole year 1998 (251 deaths by the KLA) and not a car-  
nage of Serbs against the ethnic Albanians before the war. The carnage  
have been started a day before and after the start of NATO war attacks on  
Serbia.

You haven't realised that the KLA have initiated a nondemocratic military  
"government" against the by democratic election select president Rugowa  
and his DLK, who represent the mayority of all ethnic Albanians of Kosovo.
This military junta was planed with M. Albright by the KLA in Ramboulliet  
to exclude all possibilities of a understanding and peace between Rugowa  
and the serbian government -- and make again factional the war inevitable.

There are in fact *a big diffrent* between a voluntary armed group, who  
fight back, and a group like the KLA, who are initiated, educated and  
armed by an other country to destabilize their own country and who used  
force and murdering of all people, which are not willing to fight with  
this group (see the first part of "KLA financed by Organised crime").
