No. Definatly not. There are just a couple problems. German guards have guns. 
Big ones too. Try killing a man when he has a gun and you don't. It'll be 
tough I'm sure.  Secondly, the prisoners were so desease ridden and 
malnurished that they couldn't attack. Not only would the lack of vitamins 
affect their physical bodies, but also decision making. 3 hours of sleep on a 
good day also tends to weaken the body. Had the prisoners been able bodied, 
well-fed and rested, sure why not, but the Nazis weren't that stupid.
