Ya, know, if this was put to a vote in a Hibernian Hall around here, I think 
you'd probably get about 75% for it.  Ethnic hatreds aren't unknown to 
Western Europe and North America, sadly.  My mother, f'rinstance, would be 
all for it.  Whenever the question of English culpability in Ireland's 
troubles comes up, she starts talking about the Black and Tans...recruited 
from released prisoners, not unlike Arkan's boys...
