I don't think many Iraqis were killed by NATO.  Mostly, they've been killed 
by the US, Britain and France (the French have been on a croissant break for 
the past few months).  These countries were just some of the Gulf War Allies--
NATO was not involved to my knowledge.   I'm sure this made a tremendous 
amount of difference to the people who were blown up.
