saddle those horses for a minute roy.  are you trying to excuse the actions
of an absolute genocidal nutter like Arkan by shifting the blame onto
America?  don't you think that bringing killers like this to justice is a
good idea, or should we just let them roam around the countryside killing
and raping and pillaging etc.  what's got into your head man?
