	well, i aint had a whole lot to say cuz the
chances be better than even that there be goaters on
both side o that Jugoslavic swamp.  i dont foresee any
winners unless y call them what survive the winners.
	i aint gonna say that NATO can't accidentally
bring about serindipitis improvement or deny that some 
govts be less detestable than others.  but aint nobody 
in that mess getting any attaboys from the Goat King, 
nossir.  anybody dont like that approach, feel free to
get all over me; i got a thick hide.  sorry for the 
lameness of my positions, but i'm more sad than angry 
and more sick than sad. 
	and also sorry to hear Roger had to leave; it 
seems he just got back. ah well, lo que será, será.
