Subject: MS is so funny...

This is from the just-released deposition of James Allard, who was
responsible for building MS's Internet strategy. The deposition has
not been used in the trial.

DE MORY: Did you have any concerns that the Web might "grow into
a rich application platform in an operating system neutral way"
	in May of 1995?

	ALLARD: Could you define "Web"?

It gets even better later:

DE MORY: So your testimony is browser is a word that you don't
	use?

	ALLARD: I try not to.

DE MORY: Okay. So we won't use it today. ... Do you have a word
that you use for the graphical user code used for rendering images
from the Web? Is there some short term that we could use to refer
	to that?

	ALLARD: Internet Explorer.
