Our present MP is Ann Keen, a typical Blair Babe and useless. The old mega-rich Tory, Nirj Deva was much more accessible as a constituency MP. Locally I don't bother, except when the BNP or one of their local sympathisers [usually masquerading as a residents or community association.] are standing. Anyway Euro Elections in June are my next chance to do nothing. I am ruthlessly targeted by Labour so I'll expect those tea time phone calls any time now. I was trying to think of anything Labour had done that I liked: I came up with the Right to Roam bit, but I can't think of anything else. They still haven't pushed Homosexual Bill through. Doesn't look like Red Ken will be allowed to stand for Mayor. Whatever happened to those other famous Reds of the 70s and 80s: Red Ted Red Robbo Red Rum Liverpool FC Where did it all go wrong?
