This is what Billy White says in his UAP statement of poupose.  Ok great.  No 
titles, but in his personal info he says...

Interesting.  Well if no one has a title, then why does he?  Stupid guy.... I 
just checked out his site in extreme depth and although moronic this guy is, 
he should be taken very lightly.  He is a simple _pussy_cat.  He has nothing 
to back up what he says and is really just giving Anarchy a "bad rap." 
Nothing more.  Since Anarchy already has a bad rap, i guess he isn't doing 
much of anything except causing headaches.
