Well, it's always possible that that is what Bill meant...I would never bet he'd stop short of accusing others of cannibalism. My guess, thoygh, is that he was referring to the fictitious product that plays an occasional role in the animated comedy series "South Park". This Cheezy Poof is modeled on the real product Cheetos or similar knockoffs (like Jax, yuck). However, they are hard to describe if you've never seen them. I don't really know what they're made out of--I've always assumed they were created whole from a vat of various chemicals. They're a crunchy sort of snakelike thing covered in an organge powder that is supposed to taste like cheese but really belongs in its own food group. This organge powder gets on ones hands and mouth and is practically indelible. This allows the government to easily identify the Cheeto addicts for later action.
