Yes they won all right, but they're still bombing and killing.
And now they can't agree with the russians, because the rooskies won't wake
up Yelstin to ask him if the deal's okay.  And milosevic is thinking, "well
i'm up shit creek anyway, so why bother to make peace at all?"

So on friday the whole shabang was over, but now everyone's realised that
nothing's changed at all.  Methinks it's time for that wobbley finish bloke
to go back to belgrade and finish what he started.
