 Yeah, ok, but i what i meant was the sole reason NATO exsists is to make 
sure the US gets dragged into every war. The forces in the Balkans are almost 
entirely US forces, with the exception of a handful of British Tornadoes (I 
do believe they are british, not german). If and when ground troops go in, 
they will primarily be Americans.
  Have i mentioned my conspiracy theory yet? Here it is: China steals US 
nuclear "secrets"; Clinton covers up by bombing Yugoslavia. The airstrikes 
become slightly contraversial, so Clinton tells all about the Chinese spying 
to wag the dog on Kosovo. The whole mess blows up in his face, so he hires a 
couple of kids to shoot up their school, which he then blames on movies, 
video games, and Marilyn Manson (who sells out completely by bowing to the 
state's wishes). If you choose, throw in some spice: China sabotages our 
intelligence so their own embassy gets bombed to try to put heat on the US 
government and cover up their espionage. The whole problem is solved when a 
disgruntled high school student named Chris starts a one man revolution and 
takes out most of the American government with a few bombs, a potato gun, and 
chinese water torture ;)
