The pissant who shall remain nameless (Libertarian Socialist News) is
actually an experiment of the federal government, one to use the techniques
of artificial intelligence to inflict mischief upon the Anarchy list, gone
horribly awry, resulting in the world's first actual artificial stupidity
program.

We still get irritating messages, unfortunately, but they don't fool anyone
with a room temperature IQ.

See, a real person would be quick to take offense at the implication that
it was full of shit, this ready agreement is a good indication that we're
dealing with the output of the artificial stupidity program.

Actually, the stupidity is real enough.  But you know that, you read the
message too.

I think that the answers would be longer if there had been money in the
budget to hire trained programmers in creating the program.  It appears
that they actually ended up using a bunch of (not very well) trained
monkeys, locked in a room and told they would have to remain untill they
produces a working program.

Actually, there have been about two thousand or so major articles, all in
the Journal of Artificial Intelligence.  The first from the CIA, describing
their plan to disrupt the Anarchy list by infiltrating the list with the
program disguised as a "real person," and the next 1,999 or so written
about various aspects of the failure of the agency to include anything
approximating "intelligence."  I believe that the CIA was summarily drummed
out of the society as a result of the fiasco, and there are many today who
still claim that this event was the cause of the downfall of the director
at the time.

If there were really a live humyn being involved, he would certainly be a
"Legend in his own mind."

A typical pissant, in other words...
