I'd still let the unmentioned one back on.   It would give me targets for
unbridled wrath not to mention that nothing stimulates higher level
thinking processes like exposure to stupidity.

Then there is the issue of how long his banishment is for.  Is it an
indeterminate sentence?   For stupidity?   Shoot, we all could get that.
I think we should let him know that while he isn't welcome, he is able to
post.  Doesn't that seem the anarcho thing to do?
