Someone earlier brought up an interesting point.  The current generation is the largest ever.  As part of that generation, it's quite easy to see that it's going to be a fucked up bunch.  It seems that everyone has a 'keep them out of site' attitude.  Whether it means keeping them off the streets (don't want the tourists to see those punk kids), or just throwing them at jail.  It doesn't matter if they're 14 now, does it?

Sorry if this post is just one long string of unsorted thoughts.  Not much of a writer.
