Personally, I'd say yes, at any time prior to birth.  Abortions at that 
point would be extremely rare, and more than likely done for very good reason. 
 Though I could see making the arguement that abortions should be avoided 
when the fetus is able to survive outside the womb without artificial assistance.

     It's not that I'm some kind of cheerleader for sucking fetuses through 
a straw.  It would be wonderful if they didn't have to happen.  It's just 
that Shit Happens and people make mistakes.  The option for abortion should 
always be available.
