Well, I must admit that I was being deliberately inflamatory.  I do realize 
that not all jocks are stupid.  I've even met a few that are quite intelligent 
and that I have considerable respect for.  But, in my experience, the overwhelming 
majority are dumb as rocks.  Does the word "jock" have a different meaning 
on the other side of the drink?  As for American jocks, they are indeed 
a dangerous breed.  Just looking at them for slightly too long can provoke 
a hostile response, and yelling, "stupid jock" is a damn good way to aquire 
their devoted attention.  Is this what you mean?
