     hmmm, i had an idea, but because of my lack of knowledge about both 
electronic monitoring & email in general, i was unsure how good of an idea 
it is...  i'm not completely sure jam echelon day had much effect as a one 
time occurance, but what if online activists/or people concerned about this 
type of monitoring were to add these words(or just a few, to prevent 
irritation amoungst ourselves about bandwith/file size issues) and similar 
ones into their ellectronic signatures...? this way, any & all message sent 
out would be triggering echelon, correct?
     if one day of distributing one message from each person is suppose to 
have some effect, then wouldn't several months of several posts with these 
keywords embedded in them have a much larger impact, much like a snowballing 
effect??
