The cops and the authorities have had months to prepare for this - are you saying it's beyond their brain-cells to have an alternative venue on the sidelines, or to have an exclusion zone as the UK cops sometimes enforce in the City of London to counter the IRA???? No - they're either vicious twats spoiling for a fight, or incompetent vicious twats.
