First, who cares who the parties nominate or what their platforms are? We oppose them regardless. Second, and this may seem a little cowardly, but philly of all cities seems to be home of lethal police repression. Look the wrong way and they'll burn down an entire city block just to get you. On the other hand, protests having little to do with the convention but taking advantage of the media presence and the location may be a good idea.
