I've just had a general intuition about Parrish that turned me off to
him. This piece of garbage just confirms my feelings. He can expect a
succinct letter to da editor. Can I "borrow" your Martha Stewart quip?
Pleasepleaseplease?

The Seattle Weekly's cover story this week is Technology and Music. The
cover is of a fetus in space reaching out for a computer mouse. I kid
you not. The most important happening in Seattle in 80 years, and this
is what the Village Voice owned paper comes up with. Pathetic.

Not pathetic is The Stranger. The cover is fuckin' brilliant - a large
"Season's Greetings!" with a huge picture of a CN grenade which looks
amazingly Christmas-y. Much more coverage (including a confrontation
with King 5's Jim Forman which I was a part of - look in the TTS!
column).
