Was this an entire book to itself? I just finished reading one book of 
various essays written by Russell, under the Title, "Why I am not a Christian 
and other essays". It was compiled in the mid to late 50s though. It also 
gets into why he wasn't allowed to teach college in NY, following his essay, 
"Feedom and the Colleges". 

For the most part I liked the essays, but there were a couple I found 
uninteresting. All in all they have given me the desire to read more of 
Russell's work.
