That is a very nice sentiment of course, but how exactly were you thinking
of expressing your intolerance of violence?   By returning violence or by
becoming a martyr?  It seems to me as if violence is going to be around
just as long as anyone who thinks it's neccesary is--just like government
will be around as long as there are people who think that "we would wipe
ourselves off the planet [without it]."
