  Hi all people!
  I can't know about the educational Laws/Regulations/Acts in US, but in
1999 (don't remember exactly when) I heard that a new Law was voted
there which, in brief, allows to groups of parents (of certain number of
membership) establish their own School for their children (make their
own Subject Programs and Time Schedule, hire teachers of their
choice...).  I do not know (actually do not remember) whether this is a
State Law/Act or a Federal one, I only remember that it has been voted
in the US.
  Is anybody aware of such a recently voted Law in the States...?  How
accurate was this information (broadcasted from the Greek TV, someday
during 1999), concerning the Law I am describing above?  Would it be
possible to obtain more detailed information about this specific Law or
any other similar?
