We've done this one a number of times before. But here goes...

You're asking a couple of questions, all balled up together. I don't 'hate
cops' as people - which would be a kind of reduction of individuals to
their social roles which is rather unanarchistic. I have some friends who
are cops, and understand that there are plenty of cops out there really
trying to make a positive difference. Am i pissed off at the fact of an
authoritarian system, where cops of one form or another claim a monopoly
on force, enforce the rights of the few - or corporate "persons" - over
and against the rights of most of us, and does the sight of those cops
going about that business piss me off? You betcha! But so, to one degree
or another, does the behavior of all the folks working overtime to prop up
capital and state authority in their lives as workers, citizens,
consumers, etc.

Prejudice it may be. Fascism refers to a particular set of political
ideologies - and cop-hatred alone is not an element of that set. It can,
of course, go along with more strictly fascistic beliefs and practices, as
can the stuff the beat cop does to "serve and protect" us.
