Tinker vs. I forgot who (see u can learn from gov't class)..you can pass out 
whatever newspaper you want on school grounds as long as it is not done 
during class time or passing periods. Before and after school are very much 
ok, and lunch u more then likely can too, becuase its your own time. Our 
school (Etiwanda, California, USA) had a underground newspaper called the 
Tinker and we could pass it out as long as we didn't interupt classes or 
promote violence. If you need to know more email me.
