Voting is a compromise, but that doesn't necessarily make it completely
pointless. The current dialectic seems to be that capitalist hegemony gets
steadily worse with every new government trying to eradicate any remaining
traces of reason or compassion in an attempt to distance itself from its
predecessor. If you get the chance, it might be worth trying to slow this down
slightly by showing some nominal support for whichever candidate seems less
obnoxious - after all, voting doesn't cost you anything (yet). Of course, there
are plenty of ways to attack that, but i'll leave them to someone else.
