Maybe we can reevaluate that ISI 50 Worst Books in light of their list
of the 50 Best Books?

Well, just a little. :) But they ain't all bad!

e.g.:

Hannah Arendt - 'The Origins of Totalitarianism'

George Orwell - 'Homage to Catalonia'

and, yes

Malcolm X (with the assistance of Alex Haley - 'The Autobiography of
Malcolm X' (!)

Of course, the list also includes von Hayek and Friedman. And Strunk and
White's 'The Elements of Style'. These nutcases probably think the
millenium starts in 2001, too.
