Well, I don't profess to be much of an expert on Freud, but according to the Psych majors that I've talked with, Freudian Psych tends to not be highly regarded. But in any case... I, personally, don't believe that people are inherently good. However, I don't think that people are inherently evil, either. People are inherently neutral, and are shaped quite heavily by their surroundings. We tend to think that people are inherently evil, because we live in an authoritarian capitalist society that makes them that way. I admit that I have nothing to back up these beliefs, save for my own personal experience. -- Michael Chisari mchisari-AT-usa.net gcc -o -Wall society.cc society.cc: Classes 'government' and 'capitalism' not found! society.cc: Derived classes, 'greed', 'oppression', society.cc: 'hierarchy', and 'violence' will no longer society.cc: function.
