Subject: Anarchist Comic?!


I was looking through my old comic collection the other day, and I found a 
Batman annual in which the Caped Crusader is assisted by another vigilante 
named "Anarky." What's the deal with this? Does anyone know if DC's "Anarky" 
is a legitimate anarchist superhero, or is this another example of "what 
other people think about us?"
