Subject: -AT- research help?

Hey, folks. I'm working on gathering the work of Stephen Pearl Andrews,
both for some writing I'm doing and for archiving online. I've run into a
snag on what ought to be a fairly easy item - a US Senate document. Alas,
the library at BGSU only has this particular document in a form for which
they have no printers, and damn few viewers. I was hoping someone with
decent library access could print out a copy for me. The document is an
8-page plea for the publication of US Congressional documents in
phonographic (shorthand) type:

Senate Misc. Documents, 31st Congress, 1st Session, Document 125
[s.misdoc.125 (31-1) 563)

I'll happily pay for copying and postage.
