You obviously decided to ignore my point about Voline consulting a Jewish historian who stated that the Makhnovists (i.e. the army, the troops) had the best record of relations with the Jewish population during the civil war. The testimony is in Voline's _the Unknown revolution_ and is quite clear on the matter -- the Makhnovists as an army were not anti-jewish or commit anti-jewish acts. And Makhno and his army took a *very* strong policy on racism in the army -- people were shot for putting up pogromist posters, for example. Iain
