I got a kick in the balls when I was about 13, and from the resulting injuries
was convinced that I had nad cancer for about the next month, although this was
aggravated by the fact that a friend of mine the same age of me had cancer at
the time, so I was extra paranoid about stuff like that.
Imagine if some other vital organ was contained in a flimsy sack where it could
easily be knocked about.
