well, my opine is if they gonna lock up everbody what thinks clinton's a
sleaze bag the gonna hafta build them jails a lot faster'n the pace they
already on, doncha know.

and in spite o their taxpayer financed public relationship campaign the
truth is (Mulder and Scully notwithstanding) not out there. the Fucking
BI is still the gestapo. i have had personal dealings with these skells
and, like their bosses, they got a real problem with reality. even
though they in the Department of Justice, "justice" be the very last
thing on their minds. they be political police. and whilst, unlike
some o the bretheren, i dont advocate shooting 'em willy - nilly, it
wouldnt break this old Goater's heart if a few o 'em fell down into a
abandoned well or three.

the FeeBeEye boss in our little town has one o the biggest houses in the
richest neighbourhood, and it kinda makes me wonder a little bit. i
asked our local Chief Cop about it. he says he dont even wanna know so
he aint gonna ask.

BTW, i have a little personal knowledge on the FedPen at Leavenworth,
KS, and, unless they've done a major turnabout in the last 30 -- or so
-- years, it's hard to fathom any long - term denizen o that joint
getting out in one piece. not a gig i'd like to pull. if ol' Leonard
Peltier ever leaves there under his own steam i might start believing in
gods and miracles. but dont hold yrs breaths, kiddies.

	old goat.
	although institutional force is more
powerful and frightening than random force,
	it is, also, more predictable.
