Maybe they mean to exclude religious fundamentalist (dunno if thatīs the 
word) from corrupt States, īcause they believe they govern based on 
something which is above questions and all. Bullshit.

BTW, they certainly donīt think Brazilīs government isnīt corrupt. If you 
doubt, check out the brand new U$ official statement on us: "Brazilīs 
position is a hindrance to free trade". Yeah, right. Iīd be so fucking glad 
if that was (were?) true.
