The Golden Lion used to do live music. My bro played there a fair bit in the
late 70s early 80s.  Seemed all right then, probably a Hooray and Firkin
now.

The best thing about Fulham of course for all football [soccer] aficionados
and fans of  woefully under-achieveing clubs, is the title  of Fulham FC's
[prop Mohammed El Fayed, failed step father-in-law to the future King though
that's nothing to do with it] fanzine:

There's only one F in Fulham

Think about it.
