Subject: Fight Club


I just watched "Fight Club" on video.. great movie ("End of Days", which I
watched right before it, sucked hard).

I agree with people that the movie is very anarchist without coming out
and saying it.. but it has a very negative image of human nature.. the
idea that the only way to free people's minds or get them to organize
aginst the system is to start fight clubs all over the country.  I hang
out with skinheads in Cambridge sometimes and I cant say there is much
that is uplifting about the fights that start in the bar where folks hang
out.
