Czech Anti-Fascist Action calls for support of its protest against IMF/WB
meeting as well as anti-Nazi demonstration on 23rd September in Prague. We
say: "No capitalists neither Fascists will claim the streets!"

Let's fight against ones who take our social rights and freedom

Where: Prague, tube station "Namesti Miru"
When: 23. 9. 2000, about 2 p.m.
Expect strong repressions such as police checking, videoing etc. It's better
to come some days before.

Against capitalism!

Due to structural adjustment programs, recommended by the International
Money Fund and World Bank which offer loans to newly developing countries
including Czech Republic (which received the credit in 1990 from IMF in
amount of 3,9 billion $) is increasing number of dismissed workers,
bankrupting companies, growing unemployment and class polarity between poor
people and rich capitalist elite. So multinational corporations have got
opportunity to eliminate or buy home-based companies and so manipulate
national markets. Non-democratic character of these institutions proves
especially the electoral system, where 's not the doctrine "one country -
one voice", but decides the amount of capital of each country. The IMF/WB
support financially states with totalitarian government (Chine, Chile,
Indonesia...). From 18. - 30. September are representatives of the IMF/WB
going to deal in Prague. While financial resources in social structures like
housing, health services and education are evidently missing; the government
invests billions of Czech crowns to the organizing of meeting of this
financial elite in spite of vision that the gain from this meeting is hardly
to see.

...Against fascism!

Raising social concussions, which are used by Fascists for their hate
politics, causes the increasing Right wing and following racial attacks.
Czech Fascists call on 23rd of September their protests against the IMF/WB.
They request national based state and economy hold in hands of Czech
financial circles. The national based state is not for common people any
option - power is taken by new extreme Right-wing politic which has links
with home based capital interests, hand by hand with major restrictions of
social rights, rights for trade unions and emancipation struggle of
minorities. If the capitalism is national or multinational, always serves to
gathering of profits privileged elite in order of social exploiting of
majority - working class, unemployed and other poor ranks of society.
Xenophobic and nationalist banners of Fascists are avoiding of real solution
of global crisis of the capitalism, which is building up a social equal
society based on autonomous principles.
