Well, shit, looks as if we've "built our house upon the sand," so to speak.
And it will collapse, IMHO, if for no other reason than everyone becoming
seriously depressed about the whole affair of things; suicidal from years
and decades
of constant ever-increasing dehumanization.

 In Davos, Switzerland last year (or early this year, I forgot)
a meeting was held where corporate big-wigs were briefed on "depression, the
cancer of the 21st century," and I'm assuming, how to do "mental-health"
interventions
to keep the employees shiny and fresh.

They've even come up with a new technology that detects a change
in the pitch of voice when people become suicidal.  I suppose this
was easier than actually becoming empathetic. "Empathy? What's
that? How much does it cost?"

Maybe they'll just dump Prozac in the water supply when people
start to get antsy..

Fuck. The next 100 years are going to be VERY interesting.
