Strangely enough, "Sudetenland," or just "the Sudeten."

The Austrian Anschluss (see 1938) drew protests from Britain and France,
but they appeased Herr Schickelgrubber at Munich September 29 by permitting
him to take the Sudetenland, a 16,000-square-mile territory that covers
nearly a third of Czechoslovakia and contains a third of her inhabitants.
