any thoughts on gore refusing to certify FL's electoral votes if bush should
win 'em?  as i read today, he is the certifying official as president of the
senate. when the electorals are cast.  also, there may be a move afoot to bully
the electors -- who are free agents, BTW, to vote "the will of the people".
