T'was Unka Bart who finally connected the 
"Roomful-of-monkeys-with-a-keyboard" theory to the CIA's "Artificial 
Stupidity" program gone awry, which masqueraded as Kaiser Bill, but at any 
given time can describe ALL of the discourse here on the -AT--list.

I'd say this educational thread fits that bill.
