I was probably too hard on Tad earlier. I got an email from Jason this
afternoon that gave details about Tad's tenure as Anarchy editor. Jason
is of the opinion that Tad did a pretty good job as an editor and really
tried to keep his expenses separate from the Anarchy expenses.

Jason also says that he put a bunch of his money into the Tad-edited
issues, so he doesn't think Tad owes him money. He also says that Tad
has never asked for money.

He also thinks that Tad didn't escape from anything, but he may have
skipped bail.

Tad is not an evil guy, just somebody with some serious problems. If Tad
was totally evil, I wouldn't have wired him 50 bucks once when he called
me from Colorado, or offered to put him up at my apartment when he was
supposed to come to Bill White's forum several years ago.
