Perhaps someone will want to accuse me of arguing semantics and avoiding the real issue, but it seems that crime cannot, by definition, exist in an anarchist society. If crime is the violation of certain rules forced on one person by another and in an anarchist society no one will be making rules for anyone else, then the two are mutually exclusive. I suppose a person could, theoretically, commit a crime by violation their own moral/ethical standards, but such a "crime" would hardly concern anyone but the perpetrator, right?
